While I've been pleased with Acom products in the past (I've bought quite a few), I found their customer support worse than abysmal. First, their 1970's-style on-hold hell is nothing but migraine-inducing. When you hear a recording telling you "Your call is very important to us," you can be sure that it is not. I write this after 25 minutes of the same repetitive announcement every 15 or 20 seconds interspersed with ear-shattering teen-age girl pop music. Acomdata tells you to register your product, but doesn't let you. It's link for product registration is dead and bears no resemblance to the on hold announcement telling you to go to a url that is unrecognizable. All I want is an updated driver for a card I recently bought. There is, of course, no place on their website for driver downloads. My suggestion to you is buy the product, unless customer support is important to you.
