Easy Installation
On most systems, installation involves nothing more than connecting the USB 2.0 cable, plugging in the power cord, and turning on the Drive. Simple. Easy. And just like the Drive itself--very fast.
Windows 98SE/2000 SP3 or earlier users will need to install the driver software CD (included).

Notes:
(1) You can connect this device to a USB 1.1 port; however, it will operate at USB 1.1 speeds (up to 12 Mbps).
(2) The Windows PC must meet the minimum system requirements. Using Thunderbird and Skype requires an Internet connection. Nomad Mobile Desktop is not available for the Mac OS. PushButton Backup and Sync utilize the included Redemption backup software. When used on a Windows PC, Redemption runs directly from the Drive as part of the Nomad Mobile Desktop.
(3) For the Mac, Redemption is supplied as stand-alone software that must be installed on the computer.
