Rating:5 | | I have been using these drives to create images of our servers for years. Very reliable and compatible. eSATA works great. Note that they use green 5400 RPM drives - low heat and noise. Rating:4 | | PROS: Completely plug and play, eSATA connection, sturdy (you can tell that it's manufactured with good materials), quiet operation, low price for a 2TB drive
CONS: LED is a little brighter than I'd like, plastic stand (it does the trick but seems a little cheap compared to other hard drive stands I've used), plastic ends on enclosure - I would have liked it better if the whole unit was aluminum.
OVERALL: 4 out of 5 - I would recommend this product to friends and family members |
