AcomData Store Hassle-free Returns

Cancellation Policy

Orders for in-stock items are sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately after you place the order, therefore, in-stock items cannot be canceled.
To request cancellation of backordered items, please contact our Customer Service department at (909) 786-4280
When calling, please provide your Order ID and the part number(s) to be canceled. If we are unable to cancel your order, you will be notified via e-mail.
If we are unable to cancel your purchase, you have two options.
    • Refuse delivery of the product. This will send the package back to AcomData and you will be credited within 10-15 days of receiving the package.
    • Accept the package and follow the AcomData returns process to return and receive credit for your purchas

      Limited Warranty Policy

      AcomData warrants this product (the Product) against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

        • LABOR: For a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase from AcomData or its local representative supplier, AcomData will repair defective Product (or, at its option, replace with a new or recertified product) at no charge. After this 3 year period, you must pay for all labor charges.
        • PARTS: For a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase from AcomData or its local representative supplier, AcomData will supply, at no charge, new or rebuilt replacement parts in exchange for defective parts of this Product. Any replacement parts will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days from installation by AcomData. All exchanged parts replaced under this warranty will become the property of AcomData.
          This warranty only covers the hardware components packaged with the Product. This warranty does not cover: (1) any software contained in, or included with, the Product; any such software is provided as is. Please refer to any documentation included with the software for your rights and obligations with respect to the software; (2) any consumables (such as batteries) supplied with this product; (3) cosmetic damages; (4) damage to or loss of any software programs, data or removable storage media; (5) damage due to the Product such as, but not limited to, excessive heat or humidity, or modifications of this Product.

          This Warranty does not apply if the malfunction results from: (1) the use of this Product in conjunction with accessories, products or ancillary or peripheral equipment, or where it is determined by AcomData that there is no fault with this Product itself; (2) improper installation, operation, testing or maintenance of this Product; (3) power failure or connection to improper voltage supply; or; (4) attempted repair by any party other than AcomData.

          This Limited Warranty is invalid if the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed from the Product.

          This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to any one who subsequently purchases the Product from you. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale (which is evidence that the Product is within the warranty period) must be presented to obtain warranty service.

          Repair or replacement, as provided under this warranty, is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. AcomData shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory related to this product. Such damages include, but are not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of use of the product or any associated equipment; down time and purchasers time.

          Except to the extend prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration of this warranty.

          Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long on implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights; you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

          When sending an AcomData product in for service you must ship the product (freight pre-paid) to AcomData with an assigned AcomData RMA Number. To request and RMA number, please email techsupport@acomdata.com

          AcomData accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

          Please ensure the billing address information is as it appears on your credit card statement. We are unable to accept internationally issued credit cards.

          Can I pay by check?
          No. The only form of payment accepted is with a credit card.

          When will you bill my Credit Card?
          Your credit card will be billed when order was confirmed.  Items that are listed as being on pre-order are not billed for until they ship.


          Shipping

          AcomData offers a variety of shipping and handling options at several different prices and delivery schedules through UPS. Please visit UPS.com for specific delivery times and service availability for your area.
          • Orders placed for in-stock items before 10am PST (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday will usually ship within one business day. Please note that we may have to verify your billing information. Any incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays.
          • Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address or shipment method after your order has been submitted. The order is immediately sent to the fulfilment center and can no longer be changed by our system.
          • If your shipping information differs from your billing information, your order may be delayed for verification.
          • Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO Box or APO addresses.
          • Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping and deliveries.
          • Shipment confirmation emails with tracking numbers are sent the business day after your order ships.
          • We can only ship to addresses within United States. This store is intended only for consumers wishing to order AcomData products online for delivery in US. We are unable to deliver to international addresses from this store.
          • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order. You can find out the cost of the selected shipping method by placing products in the shopping cart and proceeding to the "checkout". You can also see shipping costs, after placing your order, on the Order Acknowledgment e-mail and on the online Order Status.
          • From time to time, it may be necessary to ship products with special handling rules, service levels and/or weight and size restrictions using another carrier. You will be notified at time of shipment which carrier has been selected for your order and details on how to obtain delivery information.


          Estimated Delivery Times

          • Standard Shipping: Delivered in 3-7 business days after leaving warehouse.
          • 2 Day Shipping: Afternoon of the 2nd business day after leaving warehouse.
          • Next Day Shipping:: Afternoon of the next business day after leaving warehouse.

          NOTE: Selecting One-Day or Two-Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. If your order was placed before our cut-off time of 10am PST, it can ship out of our warehouse on the same day otherwise it will ship on the next business day.There is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping.
